Jaymie Noland is a professor in the animal science department at Cal Poly. She earned her bachelor's degree in animal science and doctorate in veterinary medicine from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado.
Noland teaches many of the veterinary science courses. She is active in
advising roles both for students academic advising and the pre-veterinary
and intercollegiate dressage clubs on campus. She maintains close association
with the veterinary profession by practicing in a small animal clinic during
the summer and serving as the area representative to the California Veterinary
Medical Association. She serves as one of the area's Legislative Key Contacts
for the CVMA.
Professional memberships include the American Veterinary Medical Association,
California Veterinary Medical Association, Mid-Coast Veterinary Medical
Association, American Association of Equine Practitioners and the Golden
Key National Honor Society.
